  • A Williston Park adieu

    Oliver Bon Dinant, Williston Park

Williston Park is now one French restaurant poorer: Oliver Bon Dinant is no more.

The cozy little place first opened in 2004 under the late Oliver Leung, who was born in Canton and cooked at the theater district French restaurant Rene Pujol. Leung sold the place in 2007 to Antoine Lanchez, who kept it going until its recent closing.

Dishes I’ll remember most from the original incarnation were Leung’s garlicky escargots and sublime stuffed quail.
