First, the inn's Cooking Workshop Weekend Feb. 26-28: Besides accommodations, this getaway offers a private wine tasting on Friday evening, a cooking workshop on braising and stews Saturday, breakfast each morning and a multicourse food-and-wine-tasting dinner ($439 a person, double occupancy).
