Raphael

Established in 1996 and situated just 2,000 feet away from the Peconic Bay, Raphael's features guided tours through the tasting room and its vineyard. The hour-long Guided tours are by appointment only and end with a drink.

By its own admission, its 2001 Merlot is Raphael's best wine to date.

Raphael, a 60-acre property, is one of the few vineyards left in the country that is harvested entirely by hand.

Its wines can be found in restaurants across Long Island.
