The Annual Montauk Harbor Festival was held over the weekend. It was to be a fun-filled event celebrating Montauk's Nautical Heritage. Best friends had their faces painted, Ryann Ward ( L) and Sara Sullivan both ladies are 11 years old and reside in Montauk.
