Mr. and Ms. Jones Beach USA returns for second year

Start reppin' it out in the gym immediately, people, because Muscle Beach returns to Jones Beach on Aug. 9 for the second annual Mr. and Ms. Jones Beach USA competition.
All the curls, skullcrushes, flies, inclines and declines will pay off for a few lucky beefed-up men and women later this summer. Bodybuilders will compete in one of 11 divisions based on age, weight and gender.
Men's bodybuilding
4 classes: Lightweight, middleweight, light heavyweight, heavyweight
Men's masters
2 classes: 40 and over, 50 and over
Teenage
1 class: 13-19
Women's bodybuilding
2 classes: Lightweight, heavyweight
Women's masters
1 class: 40 and over
Bikini competition
Open to all females
Check-in for competitors is 9 a.m., with prejudging at noon. Registration costs $25 before Aug. 2, $50 day of. Sign up at jonesbeachusa.com
Checkin' out for spectators, well, that starts as soon as you get to West Bathhouse. And your tickets to this gun show are free!
