Tony's Fusion West

This is one of three Tony's on the East End, and the fusion refers to the combination of Chinese, Japanese and Thai menus. Enter beneath the red awning to a dining room bright with hardwood floors, wood tables and wood and leather chairs. The Chinese menu offers the standard fare, plus chef's specialties, like the lamb in two flavors, one in a delicate sauce with scallions, the other with a piquant sauce, for $13.50. The Japanese menu has tempura and teriyaki, and sushi and sashimi. Try the Hampton dream roll, shrimp tempura, caviar, avocado, cucumber and egg, for $6. Off the Thai menu, the Galangal seafood hot pot is cooked in a clay pot with shrimp, scallops, mussels, squid, fish, vermiceli and mixed vegetables for $20. The restaurant has a full bar and a happy hour.
