John's Restaurant and Pizzeria

John's has been in business for 35 years, serving thin crust pizzas and Italian cuisine. The pizzeria up front is bright, and the dining room is decorated like an Italian villa, with stone walls, murals and tables with white tablecloths. Pizzas include an artichoke and sun-dried tomato pie for $17, and chicken parmigiana for $19. In the dining room, start with the mixed Italian antipasto, with imported sharp provolone, fire roasted peppers and artichokes with light olive oil and balsamic dressing served over arugula and plum tomatoes for $9, or try one of the traditional Italian soups. Lobster ravioli features minced lobster meat and ricotta in a tomato dough served in vodka sauce for $14. Or get the rigatoni della casa, sauteed prosciutto, onions and ground sausage in tomato sauce with a touch of cream, also $14. Beer and wine are available.
