Bonito Hibachi

Hey, why not put a sushi bar on the Nautical Mile? And why not add hibachi entrees to the mix while you're at it? Bonito offers a classic Japanese dining experience in a sea of steamers and stuffed flounder. There's a wide range of sushi and sashimi here, along with specialty rolls such as naruto (eel, avocado, caviar, mayonnaise, cream cheese, scallions and cucumber) and Freeport (lobster tail tempura, avocado, cucumber, caviar and spicy mayonnaise). Hibachi entrees include vegetable, shrimp, chicken, filet mignon, scallop and lobster tails--and combinations thereof. The tatami rooms that line the waterside wall are among the most pleasant places to sit along the Nautical Mile.
