Pancho's Border Grill

Sister restaurant to Pancho's Border Grill of Bethpage and Pancho's Cantina of Island Park. The dining room seats 70 to the sounds of classic rock, blues, country, jazz and especially, The Grateful Dead. Traditional Tex-Mex cuisine includes fajitas, burritos, ribs, chicken guacamole, chips and salsa and it's signature avocado cheeseburger for $7.95. From the dinner menu, experience Tex-Mex cuisine with a cajun flare in the Pancho's Chicken and Shrimp Jambalaya, with red rice cooked with chorizo sausage, poblano chiles, chicken, shrimp and served with a side of fried Plantains for $16.95. Full service bar offers tequilas and Mexican beers. Happy Hour is served up 4-7 p.m. weekdays, with drink specials and complimentary appetizers. The children's menu offers a variety for all young palates.
