233 E. Main St.
Babylon, NY 11702

The clean, white tableclothes and light wood accents create a simple, quiet atmosphere in this Japanese restaurant. Traditional sushi rolls are joined by restaurant specialties, such as the Crazy Roll, with tempura shrimp, eel, mayonnaise, avocado, cucumber, tuna and crab stick topped with fish eggs, for $8. Feeling jolly? Sit at the sushi bar and try the red and green Christmas Roll, spicy crunchy tuna topped with red onion and avocado, available year-round. The restaurant also offers a full menu of cooked foods, including teriyaki, tempura and hibachi-style foods. Chicken teriyaki is popular, as is negimayaki, a beef and scallion roll grilled with teriyaki sauce for $15.25. The restaurant can seat 80 and serves beer and wine.
