Two dining rooms that seat 120, hundreds of bottles of wine lining the walls and hundreds more in the wine cellar. A bottle at dinner ranges from $18 to $275 for reserve wines, cabernets and brunellos. Diners are greeted at their tables with homemade breadsticks laced with herbs and oil. There's an endless choice of wines to pair with dishes like veal sorrentino, made with prosciutto and roasted eggplant, topped with mozzarella cheese in a blend of brown gravy and tomato sauce. Four fresh fish entrees are offered daily and all main dishes are accompanied by salad and pasta for a mostly-adult clientele. Owner Hugo Bua, a former culinary school instructor, taught the chef (his son, Steven) his way around the kitchen. Reservations are recommended for larger parties always, and on Friday and Saturday nights. Closed on Sundays, except for private parties.
