With a beautiful entryway and a high-ceiling tasting room with a grand hall supported by 100-year-old rough-hewn beams and solid terra-cotta tile covering the floors, the winery is certainly an elegant place to be. A less home-grown feeling than most of the North Fork wineries, but quite fitting of its
Hampton surroundings.
They have a variety of Merlots as well as other reds. Their whites include various Chardonnays and Pinot Gris.
Their 2005 Late Harvest Chardonnay was voted the best dessert wine in New York State and won the
gold medal in the Dallas Morning News Wine competition. And their La Ferme Martin Chardonnay 2003
is one of the top 10 Gold Medal Winners - chosen from among more than 500 entries at the
International Wines for Oysters Competition at the Old Ebbitt Grill in Washington D.C.
