Costa de Espana specializes in old-fashioned Spanish fare. This isn't where you're going for foams and jellies. The focus is on seafood, Spanish and Galician. And the motif is flamenco and bullfight. Good starters include the shrimps in garlic sauce, chorizo sausages, octopus Galician-style and garlic soup. Better main courses: paella alla Valenciana, with lobster; and stuffed lobster. You also do well with the shrimp dishes, and simply prepared finfish. Service is friendly. No demands are made here.
